Final Reminder - Extended Deadline: In response to the large number of requests from authors, we are pleased to announce a final and exceptional extension for the submission deadline of CSEE 2026. The final submission deadline has been extended to February 02, 2026. We kindly urge authors to take advantage of this last opportunity to submit their work.

We welcome submissions from university scholars, scientists, and researchers in the form of extended abstracts, short papers, or full manuscripts. Additionally, the early bird registration deadline has been extended to February 17, 2026.

The conference aims to provide a platform for university faculty, students, researchers, and industry professionals to share their research findings, foster academic exchange, and build new collaborations with experts in the field.

Submissions

Submissions in the form of extended abstracts, short papers, and full manuscripts are welcome.

• all submitted papers will be peer-reviewed
• the congress proceedings will be published under an ISSN and ISBN number
• each paper will be assigned a unique DOI number by Crossref
• the congress proceedings will be indexed by Scopus, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar.
• selected papers from the congress will be submitted for possible publication in the International Journal of Civil Infrastructure (IJCI) or the International Journal of Environmental Pollution and Remediation (IJEPR) (publication fees may apply)
